What is Hextech? Or the arcane, for that matter...? If you don't mind explaining.

[When your bestie becomes an Eldritch horror and it's your fault.] The arcane is the magic inherently imbued in our world. Hextech is the marriage of magic and technology, something Jayce and I created together.
