[ ramiel is at one of the giftshops, looking at sunglasses. they pick up a pair, inspect them, then put them on. the glow immediately overtakes them, making it impossible to answer the question when they spot fidelio and ask: ]
Really? Nothin' to say about the giant three-headed bird attacking everyone earlier?
[ he's still got the horns instead of cat ears deal going on today btw. which i guess was probably an advantage when it came to getting attacked by a goose. ]
[ today at the bar, when fidelio enters he will find gabriel behind the counter stacking a few clean glasses and tidying up the place. it's all busywork, but they do nod when they see him. they are still glowing... ]
Hey, Fidelio. Can I get something started for you?
[ catches the glass and picks it up to take a sip. ]
I was wondering about the feasibility of settin' up a little diner out here somewhere, me an' Bas. Only got a few weeks, if that, so buildin' a place from scratch hardly seems realistic, but. Yves suggested making it sort of an extension of the bar here, share the space for both drinks and food. Turn it into a regular tavern, like.
that's me, not them. today, gabriel is behind the counter of the bar and seems to be stacking several shot glasses into a pyramid display, a glass of rum and coke next to them and working with steady hands. there's also low music somewhere. ]
[ hello. gabriel is at the bar again, behind the counter and i'm sorry for the phrasing but they are basically in cat pose over the counter, stretching their back and rolling out their shoulders. they do stop upon noticing someone in front of them. ]
week 0, tuesday
What do you think?

[ what sunglasses ]
no subject
[ they take off the sunglasses so he can see! and then put them on. take them off. put them on.
this does not help his ability to make an assessment. they're stupid. ]
no subject
So. I guess they aren't bad, at least.

I think it'd be great if we could pretend this weekend never happened, but I think it'd also be an insult to everyone involved.
