Kanna-senpai never said anything... But the others are really good at what they do, so maybe they haven't thought about it.

Maybe. But everyone had to start out somewhere. They can't all have just been naturally good at this, can they...?

Trying to see if my friends remember another one of our friends. And maybe seeing what else Ronan might be able to dream up, really. All of it is so new to us.

Oh. Yeah, he's a friend from home. [ the thought bubble provides a helpful visual of said-friend. ] I met all of them at the same time, but they've been friends for longer than that.

I see... And he does something with dreams?

He's a Dreamer. So... he can create things out of his dreams. Sometimes they follow him back out into the waking world. He's gotten better control of it recently.

That's putting it very, very lightly. None of us were even aware of it until recently. He'd kept it a secret for a long time... mostly because it was dangerous, and there were definitely people who wanted that power for their own reasons.

I can see why... You two must be close if he was willing to tell you.

We are now, yes. But we weren't when we first met. I didn't get along with any of them the first time we met, actually. I thought we were far too different to be friends.

Haha... and now look at you. Did you two have plans on the sorts of things you wanted to try dreaming to life?

Well he did dream up a car for a graduation present. A few of us are taking it for a cross-country roadtrip when I get back. I think he's staying behind to spend the summer with his boyfriend though.

Jeez... I can't believe this feels believable now. Once upon a time I would think you're crazy.

And it still doesn't feel crazy to you even if it is a little believable?

Oh, it does for sure! But I can't really think you're telling me a made up story at this point.

You're right, I wouldn't. Not after I spent so long wishing to see something like this for myself in the first place. And now there are different stories from this place I can tell them. Adam will listen politely and think it sounds ridiculous and question everything. Ronan will want to know more about what rules he could have gotten away with breaking here before he got kicked out. And Gansey would want to know everything and ask the most detailed questions that only he, personally, would ever care about.

Hahah... I'm glad you have a lot to tell them, at least! I bet everyone here must tell you everything, huh? You're gonna be talking for a while...

Not everything, but there are plenty of things I've learned about all of you that I'm sure they'll find just as hard to believe. It'll be fun, I think.
