start at this link, skip down to "is it over?", then once you get to ch'en going 'stand up, talulah' skip past all the ch'en and talulah stuff if you want (tho i think you may like these women tbh) and go to where amiya and w are talking again. then go to this link and search 'sarkaz' to find the w and mercenary bit.
during this, wiš'adel sets a hand on her hip, but she doesn't interrupt it-- she does look a little annoyed over the exposure of, you know, pleading with amiya to trust her and let her help, she has an IMAGE thank you, but. fine. it's whatever.]
You seem to really want the best for everyone. It's too bad you aren't interested in staying in Heaven, because I think that you could earn your place easily.
No. Psychoanalysis would be saying that you like the chaos because it makes you feel dangerous, unpredictable, and untouchable, which in turn makes you feel safer. You learned that destruction was inevitable, and so the best thing you could do to feel in control was cause it yourself.
Destruction is protection, both in a literal, physical sense, and in an emotional one.
But I really don't think I'm qualified for that kind of thing.
I don't know about all that, but I do know there's benefits to people thinking you're crazy and unpredictable. They pretty much just stop questioning anything you decide to do.
[ does not point out that this was part of her psychoanalysis. ]
When you ignore the will of others, do you do it because yours will benefit them in ways they don't realize? Or just because it will benefit yourself at their expense?
