"Do you want me to help you find something? Or! I could give you recommendations, instead! Like, do you have any special someones in mind that you want to get something nice for? A family member whose birthday is coming up? Anything like that?"]
[ Her head whips to Siffrin, then back to the shopkeep. ]

[ Waves off the shopkeep, you can't lure them into extra purchases, they know your plans... if because they're a watchmaker. The good 'ole selling tactics. ]

Though their expression does light up a little when Koharu asks, since they are also just genuinely excited to converse with customers while selling their stuff.
"Hm... What kinda stuff do you usually like? Well - I mean, I guess both of those things, right? I think the skirt would look really cute on you, for sure! But the apron... I guess it depends on what you need it for. Like, are you gonna be using it a lot?"]
[Yaaay the shopkeep goes toward the back of the rack and digs around for a little bit, before producing a super cute apron! It has little flower pockets! It's also made of sturdy fabric and seems equipped to stand the test of bakery time.
"Something like this would be plenty sturdy I think, right? And really cute, too! What do you think?]
[They'll go over to take the items and start bagging them up for Koharu! Though when Siffrin adds that, they'll also slide in a quick:
"You sure you don't wanna take a look at any of our other stuff? We really did get the cutest necklace in just the other day!"
They'll nod toward the little heart-shaped one from earlier... But if these two cannot be tempted by mortal goods any further, they will simply package everything up and tuck it away into a nice paper bag tied together with a lovely cloth bow.]
[ HELP. Coming over to gently rest a hand against Koharu's back, waving their other hand at the shopkeep. ]

"Here - since it looks like you like that one a lot. Give it to someone real special, okay? And you can come back and shop our necklaces any time, too!"
Gotta get in that last sales pitch... Anyway, what they hand Koharu is a little silver ring with a similar locket-style heart on top! It is not as shiny and beautiful as the necklace, but it's still very cute. Opening the locket lid reveals a very small inscription that just reads: to you, my dear.
They can leave the shop, though! All the same hustle and bustle of the market awaits, as before. Though somehow, the sun seems like it's closer to setting than it should be...? Hm. Well, no matter, probably. It's so easy to lose time at these shops, after all.]
[ Lightly ruffles her hair. It's funny cause there is like not much if any height difference between them. But anyway, TO THE STALL... hopefully they're still there, my god. ]

Though the sky is now dyed in hues of the setting sun, the market is still bustling with people going about and getting ingredients for their dinners. Or just wholeass dinners. Girl same.
The baker's kiosk is even bigger than the large apple stand, and it too is bustling with people. In fact, Elysia and Lucas are both here! Elysia is perusing some large sugar crystals that are on sale, and Lucas appears to be looking over a row of glass jars that hold various pastries inside. Richie and Mizu are also here, woah this stand's truly doing some numbers. Mizu seems to be on his way out, though. Richie's looking down at his wallet despondently...
The front of this cart is totally swarmed, in any case, but they can probably still get the attention of the workers from one of the sides if they try. Or they can just throw the apple sack, I'm not their boss.]

Just another day in their normal lives, peaceful and uninterrupted. (Well, there are the slayings, and the mysterious disappearances, and the curse itself, but all of these things are just a backdrop to your life. Small little issues that only make themselves known on occasion.)
Elysia turns to look, her expression lighting up beautifully once she spots Siffrin.]

Siffrin will offer Elysia a warm smile, a soft look in their eye though they blink a bit, taken aback at her words. Oh. Um. ]
I don't mind mildly sweet but.. [ A nod. Their favorite nonalcoholic drink is sugarcane juice, after all. General sweet is fine but there is a thing as too much sweet. Though they would still probably eat and or drink it. ] Why do you ask?

[Mizu has escaped into the crowds by now as no one has stopped him, tragic... Lucas is still perusing the cookies for now, at least! And Richie is still here with his sad wallet, though he's kind of looking around for a second like he might be considering asking someone else for a bit of help.
While they're both standing there, a baker also brings out a wholeass tray of muffins to set on the left side of the stall.
"Hot and fresh, hot and fresh! Come get some samples!"
Oh no now that side is extremely full of people... But damn, do those muffins smell good.]
[ There is so much happening here... Well, Siffrin's the one with the apples, and she did just make them wait a century for her own business. And so, Koharu politely excuses herself, decides to glance around at what's happening—(ooh, muffins...)—but first thing's first: she spots Richie. ]
