Luckily, again, while robots do feel pain apparently, it's not so bad and she manages to lift the plasma gun and completely explode the flesh monster before it can so much as touch them. it opened its mouth to scream and the brief scream they heard is going to raise all their bad feelings about 40%, but it rolled a two on dodging sooo. it's fucking dead fam. there's just monster goop EVERYWHERE. the girls are rolling up covered in flesh
The body Lucas insists on carrying gets nailed on the shoulder but it's nothing why is Yves fine. i mean i guess any damage would finish him off so fair enough nice job dodging

however luckily (???) there's a bunch to close her eyes at her already!!! the hilarious way she doesn't know to expect either bullets or laser beams because she's a ye olde so she's just kind of staring at it for a second like "how is this thing going to get us". when it becomes clear exactly how it's going to get them:]

maomao is back to staring at her missing pinky though and is going to collect the piece from the floor to put it in her pocket. maybe? maybe she can stitch it on?
she doesn't see what pops up until neverah is yelling at her to get down and going to use herself as a shield.
she's mad and being saved by someone she's angry at is just the worst feeling. she doesn't want to owe them anything ]
