The official word is you guys are potentially killing each other already and making that easier for you isn't a good idea, mostly.

Some people have weapons, sure, but honestly? It's not like having a sword helped Adolphe out. [ maybe. too blunt. ] Especially since it seems like your minds are messed with on the night of the murders, we're just as likely to be providing them to someone who'd turn right around and use them to hurt instead of defend.

I don't really see how it ends up being detrimental, if the sword didn't help him anyway. Might as well put us all on even ground when it comes to that.

He's a revenant. Sarkaz ancestor, full of rage and vengeance blah blah blah... he's gotten his clarity back, though, this guy's settled down a lot since I first ran into him.

[as for the launcher:]

This used to be an airship engine, but after I yanked it out, I figured it looked enough like a cannon to replace the weapons that somebody destroyed! [thunks a fist on him.]

Oh, so, magic. [ it's a ghost.. she thought it was a cool ai... ] Did you modify the launcher yourself then?

Nah, he's self-modifying. Usually he'd be able to consolidate these parts here, shift 'em around a bit for extra firepower in the barrel.
