Yeah. There's a lot of different kinds of plastic, but they're all made of the same thing, so it's not too different from metals in that way, I guess. I'm not a builder.

Honestly, if you think that's trying too hard, you should see some of the haunted mansions people used to make. Paid actors pretending to be monsters and murderers while you walk through a house with a lot of fake spiderwebs and modified indoor lighting to make it spooky. [ they're not disparaging as they describe it though, at least not in tone ] Maybe that's the point. Turning something that would normally be actually scary into something you can laugh at instead.

Yeah. It was popular when I was a kid. It changed a lot once the world moved away from physical based areas, though. No one's going trick or treating online.
Uh. It'd be hard to explain since you guys don't even have working electricity, but think of it like people started moving their minds to another plane of existence. Physical bodies and existence slowly became obsolete because of that. Does that make sense?
It was the only way to do what I needed to. [ they pause at that and shake their head ] Or, well. I probably could give a hundred reasons, but if we're being honest, I think they all boil down to grief.
