[honestly, that's not the kind of comment he expected, though thinking about it, he does feel like it's zuriel-esque to be like "good spatial awareness."]
A decent amount of years. Like the sword, I started young.
[cannot stress how much i am making up/fans are guessing but every baby fanart has him with the eye makeup (lowe voice) HE WAS BORN WITH IT and if we assume the eye makeup is because of a possible onnagata background who knows]
[ that's so funny. also yeah look she is practical at her core even when she doesn't want to be. ]
Then I would say with a bit more practice it would be perfect, but I kind of like that it isn't. It feels more authentic to be a little less polished. Which I'm sure goes against the whole point, but... you're doing this because they asked, aren't you? They want to see your version of it.
You would think. But I think there are just as many people who would prefer the unpolished if it meant getting something more real and less... stifling. Something that matches a persons insides.
Obviously, there's some relief in knowing I'm not gonna be judged if I'm not perfect. That's how most people feel. At the same time, I'm at my best when I know the other party'll be strict?
Oh. [ no, see, this she actually gets a lot more immediately than most things. ] Knowing that you're going to be watched means you actually put forth all of the effort to do it properly versus going through the motions to get it over with for someone who won't mind if it's imperfect. But you want to be at your best for a lot of other things, even if it's not this necessarily.
It's incentive to actually be connected to the thing you're doing.
Yeah. And I'm more used to doing these kinds of things for a living or in important scenarios, anyway. I don't... do a lot of things as a hobby, exactly.
A lack of time, or a lack of interest? [ with this man she thinks it could go either way. ] I don't know if I would call most of the things I do hobbies either.
"This heaven stuff." [ funny. ] I used to work a lot. Different jobs to keep my busy and everything. [ also, she needed money. ] But I guess art sometimes. Reading sometimes. Helping my family with their readings sometimes. Searching for sleeping Welsh kings and following ley lines sometimes.

There's pros and cons to both.
