Charlie seemed to be pretty invested in guiding people into choices and making sure they figured stuff out. Marcoh helped move people's furniture and cleaned up after them when he really didn't have to.

They've both been very nice to me. I'm not surprised to hear they were a big help to everyone.

I agree. Besides, sometimes you can read a person well immediately, and then fail to understand someone you've known for much longer.
