He gives a little wave of recognition to Yves down there and tosses down his length of rope, looking around as he does. He makes a slight face at the whispering but uh, did you know he has a nickel for that too? It's worse because it's usually being like KILL. He can ignore that one so he can ignore this one (for now). ]
Siffrin follows along quietly now, but that's normal, isn't it? Ever quiet Siffrin, happy to listen to people around them talk.. because he loves listening to them talk. It's comforting.
But they stop at the ledge, and stare directly at the door. Is there another tunnel up at top? They sure don't see it. They want their friends.. their family, to be safe. They want to protect them. No matter what happens, what they end up knowing, surely they know that it's to protect them, too. Because they love them.
Their gaze flickers quietly to the rope and to the door again. (...) ]

[ he's solid enough to be able to interact with objects, but he'd rather not take any risks with this freakass door! he pets the kitty skeleton on his shoulder again before reaching to take the rope and starting to clamber his way up
[ Ah, that hand does come in their peripheral view. Which they glance to and their hand raises as they're drawn to hold it. They always are. Fingers do gently brush his palm.
But their expression twists torn, meeting Jiaoqiu's gaze before down to the door again. We are mid rolls so we are struggling here in this chili's cave.
They hesitate at Marcoh calling their name, staring off before coming to crouch by the ledge but rather than help ledge climb gang it's more like they're surveying the best way to jump down from this height. ]
[ jiaoqiu pauses in turning to go let marcoh help him up to the ledge, because he's looking at siffrin like... buddy, come on, are we going? he wants out of this cave but he's not leaving without everybody. ]
[ i'll be nice and say he doesn't complete eat shit back down where he started but his ghost grip flickers for a second and he loses some ground!! he is very careful to re-balance skelekitty on his shoulder though ]
[ Between Marcoh's "Focus" and Jiaoqiu's voice while looking after them, they do freeze a little.
Is it the only way though? Surely there's others.. Couldn't there be? Jiaoqiu says they should leave. And it isn't as if they want to leave Yves here, either. So Siffrin reaches to grip at the rope and at least try to help Yves up as well.
Who knows, maybe they'll use it after to jump down after. Might be feeling a lil quirky. ]
[ you should in fact discuss this, but you may not get enough time to do that. as you all scuttle across the ledge (dragging siffrin, holding kitty, whatever you all are doing), you will find there's a sound echoing through the cavern.

the exit from this cavern spits you back outside of cabeswater, back onto the field and near the car. it's much, much later though. what felt like an hour or two has really turned into at least seven. it's late evening by now... perhaps it's best to get in the camaro and drive him for now. ]
