It's true though. People can't really leave a trial, but I don't think the trials should be the ending notes of a Saturday either. It often feels like poor taste to try and do something light afterwards, but I don't want people to be miserable either. I try to stay out of the way unless you come to find us. Admittedly, there are some of you I'd rather not see after nine hours. But I also can't say everything that happens in those nine hours are entirely your fault. It's a short amount of time to solve anything at all.

Now if we could only convince other people to feel the same, hm? But I also think it should be more important to try and think things through before everyone makes a mistake they'll regret. If that day comes, I don't know how to bring people back from that.
Part of it depends on them and how they want to move forward after falling into regret. For anything that can't be fixed or reversed, we can only try to support them to keep them from wallowing too much. It might not always be possible, but we're all as resilient as we are fragile.
