Is there any way I could practice with my powers while we're here in heaven? Even if it's under supervision or something, I don't mind.
I was practicing so I could try teleporting straight to him before we woke up here, but I wasn't quite ready. I could go between cities, but my portals aren't strong enough to find a person yet.
I just thought if we have all this time, I want to use it however I can.

But I'm sorry. Powers are... they're not MISSING, but more like asleep. Everyone was set to an even playing field when the project started. We can't turn them on and off like that.

I think it's one of those things where if we allowed you, we'd have to allow everyone.
And I think by now you have some idea what sort of power people have.
Until we can solve this interference... it might be safer not to allow anything.
