I think continuing to do what you were working on before last weekend is a start. It's a herb that grows on my island. It has a distinct, transformative flavour when used in cooking, but needs to be used in small quantities, as it can be quite... potent, or even dangerous, if mishandled. Perhaps that is why the kiosk does not sell it?
