Before, we talked a little bit about your souls not being fully integrated to Heaven yet. Essentially, it's because of that. Part of you is bound to this place. Part of you is still tethered to life. But you did die, and without completing the program, just going back isn't an option.
Think of it like running a system update. If you stop in the middle, halfway between the old and the new, it can corrupt the files. Both halves are too far along in their processes to take communicate, but not far along enough to take control and resolve the error.

They won't be there, and they can't adapt to your throw.
There are protocols in Heaven for resolving petty disputes between neighbors, but something like this happening is so far beyond the bounds of reasonable expectation. Even unreasonable expectation. So. We weren't prepared for it.

They are feeling worry for everyone, the same as we are. As for what they've said specifically, we are their representatives. Our worries and our determination is a reflection of what they have said as well. We've got something in the works that should help with any current and future injuries. But his body and soul need some time to recover on their own as well.
So more than likely, it could heal the wound, but not give him back his arm...? Unless they've uncovered a way to regrow limbs with medical technology sometime in the future.
