I'm not sure. For multiple things to go wrong at once, it would make sense for them to be connected. At the same time, often when there's an error in a code... it ripples out. If one thing goes wrong, it can have an effect on things that aren't completely related, just from corrupting whatever thin tether binds everything together as a whole.

I don't know. Jiaoqiu mentioned the mara to me, and that may have been relevant. And no outside sources should be able to interfere with Heaven... But I don't want to give you an answer that I'm not confident in. We need more time to look into it.

You cannot be everywhere all at once, whereas we are roamers exploring the places that you've made available to us. It's better to at least keep one another abreast of what we find.
