I'm going to guess it's not entirely common for half-ghosts to exist where you're from either, so creating a superghost was unheard of. But if you're both of them and neither of them at the same time, what happens for you next? You were brought into this body so you wouldn't be eliminated, but are you living among other people? Or other ghosts?

He does. Both of the half-ghosts know about me and who I am. They were the ones who cooked up the plan to shove me into this body to keep me from glitching out of existence.
The logistics are for figuring out how to make me a legal person again and what we're going to tell people.

God reached out to us and asked for help with this project. Since they have the whole of heaven to watch over and can't be here or anything, they wanted extra guidance for you and that's where we come in.
