Kazdel's landlocked, and so're most of the nations I operated in. The closest ocean's probably Iberia, and nobody likes the sea in Iberia.

Seaborn. I don't know a lot about them, I've just heard from some of the Iberians at Rhodes... but they sound like real nasty little shits. Evolving to try to outpace weaponry and everything.

Not faster, or I think Iberia'd be pretty much done for! Still enough to be a problem, though.
