He wasn't always a magician. That only happened when he and Cabeswater made a deal. But he was able to channel the magic of Cabeswater and understand it better than a few of us. But he's smart. Very stubborn. Hardworking. Bit of a temper and sometimes doesn't think before he says things... but he can be sweet at times. Charming. A perfectly lovely boy with a uniqueness about him that's hard to match.

[ it's only the truth, after all. his smile is sincere and warm, and as he listens, it softens a little further. watching the goofy little magicians run around is one thing, but taair much prefers listening to zuriel talk about her friends. also me. that's my stupid son. ]

They're mine, I'm theirs, and I don't see a reason that should change.

I do miss them, but it's alright. When this is over, I'll be up for negotiations anyway.
Oh. I'm probably going to go back home. The boys might not know I'm missing in the end, but I miss them. And if the project won't continue after this, there's no reason for me to stay.
