No, but I doubt Charlie would be sending letters with this information if it was only over an apple. She wouldn't care about us getting revenge, she'd care about us being able to save him.

I suppose that's a relief, in a way...? He seemed like someone capable of making hard decisions. But I also don't think he was cruel, so...

What remains is what to do about it now that the trial is over.

So, one of us needs to kill him. Though ideally it won't happen directly in front of everyone.

I think it would be best to confront him. If he's been afflicted, we could learn a lot about how it works, now that we have more time.

But now that we know, maybe we could do something about that. Put him in the tower the way we do those voted for, at least temporarily.

I don't know. I worry that's cruel in its own way. At least, if it were me, I would prefer it over quickly.
