... Honestly? I'm not sure. If the entity was trying to prove some kind of a point through this, I don't see what it is yet.

Pretty sure this thing's just screwing around because it can, which means it's more malicious than we thought. If it doesn't see what's wrong with manipulating people enough to kill other people...

You don't think it's resentful that we're getting a second chance at redemption, or something like that?

I think if it was resentful, it wouldn't bother taunting us. It'd just destroy us.
