I don't think we were really in a big party mood. [ also, our boss is a sadsack as mist has said. ] It was a nice night and without the lockdowns we thought we'd take advantage of being outdoors for a while in a place that wasn't tainted.

...No, I don't think so! It was actually relatively tame, all things considered. No one became a llama or lost their hair.

As if some of you wouldn't anyway. [ nevertheless, she listens. ] I'm more impressed everyone kept their hair than the lack of llama, honestly. Although I do stand by that Marcoh was a very lovely llama in the first place. Maybe people got bored cursing each other?

I'm honestly impressed as well, considering how vitriolic people became with the... balding? Baldening? Their stealing of other people's hair and fur. But that might be so... They may have truly wanted a break.

The baldening... [ don't just repeat that. ] This week is going to be hard for a lot of you, I think. Coming to terms with the fact this is the end and you'll have to say goodbye soon. A break would make the most sense.

Yes. Goodbyes are going to be difficult... I think that people just wish to have one event that they can look back on fondly, where everyone was having a good time together and nothing went sour.

That is in fact why we're out here. Peace of mind for everyone and room to make good memories. [ a pause. ] Honestly we weren't really planning anything but leaving Gabriel alone seemed ill-advised. [ don't just talk about him like he's not here. ]

I think that it's wise of you not to leave him alone... But I do hope that you all are able to enjoy this space, at least.

[He has some thoughts on the fact that all of the killers and victims were able to tolerate each other enough to co-exist in a tavern for one night but the same courtesy couldn't be extended to their overseers but he gets it... in a way... He's just so bigly biased.]

You know I like the gardens anyway. [ lightly. they all feel a certain Way about how this is going and sort of decided not to party in solidarity. nobody was really in the mood and opted for smaller. ] It's nice, and the only people who will bother us are people specifically looking for us.

[Sometimes you just feel a certain way about things and go to make your own gathering instead... Unfortunately or fortunately for them, there are still stubborn assholes in this group who value their friendship and will go hunt them for sport about it.]

That's true, they're really lovely. [WHY ARE 3 PEOPLE SLEEPING IN THEM EVERY TIME I HEARD ABOUT ANOTHER I LOST MY MIND.] I do hope that you didn't think you could escape so easily, though.

I don't think any of us were really under the delusion we'd escape for long, no. [ maybe gabriel, but he's a moron. ] Also? It's like everyone's forgotten we have phones.

I feel as though I used mine very, very rarely, beyond taking pictures... So I suppose I can't blame them.

Really? You haven't bothered texting people to try and track them down? [ she says, as if she's not just as guilt of not using her phone. ] I don't think there's anything wrong with using it just to take pictures though. With infinite space it feels like a good way to keep memories.
