I just think that being a samurai is honorable. I grew up working in my dad's soba shop and that's a good job, but I always thought I could do more than just that. And it wasn't all that great there? I couldn't talk to people or really make any sound at all or I'd get punished for it. The sword is representative of all the good stuff I'd like to do!
