She is the only one I see. [Kiraman is missing vital information here. He lifts his head off the wall, but sort of hangs it forward instead.] She died, and the Hexcore... must have migrated her into the arcane of itself. Now I can communicate with her as I am also connected.

It may be that to solve one is to solve the other. If it's about making contact. [ maybe fiddling around to connect to the arcane will help them find a new direction to reestablish communication to the other side. or maybe it will just scramble them, but that's a risk they can take, probably. ]

I would need to know more about the Hexcore and how the arcane works with you. But... in time.
