I was to host bonding activities every second Wednesday. I thought something was amiss when no one showed up to this week's, but I was also hopeful you'd all realize how pointless they were at this point.

Why was I helping, or why did they wish to be let in? Because the latter should be quite obvious by now.

But why work for them? Did you know what they would ask of you, and what the consequences would be, when you took your contract?

I'm not the kind of person who takes on a job without knowing what it entails. Though I've been employed by them far longer than this project was ever even in talks.

An inordinate amount of babysitting with quite frankly terrible coworkers at first. I suppose I'm something of a personal assistant now.
