Like us, God wishes for you to earn your stay in Heaven. Or to return to life, if that's what you want. So rather than any specific rituals, what they hope for is for you to do your best here—to be a good person.
And they are watching over us, so... If prayer brings you peace of mind, God will listen. But I hope that you can also speak to us, and know that God hears you then, too.
