I received this noise on my phone. Obnoxious and loud. I don't recognize it, and I can't tell if there's any significance to it at all.

Morse code? What? Who the hell sent you morse code? You guys aren't even available to call for anyone not in this zone. [ this means nothing to mizu but they're clearly frazzled ]
It's a--it's a communication method that uses signals. The different beeps stand for different letters. [ they are recognizing mizu does not know any of this and are trying to figure out how to explain morse code. ] Let's just say it's a coded way to send a message. It was old and outdated even when I was a kid, I don't know if I could translate it offhand.

There is meaning to these beeps, then. But we must find someone who understands them first, or find something that will teach us how to translate them.
If you can't find someone, there's probably a book in the library about this. The letters are made up of dots and dashes, they're not too hard to identify if you've got a reference.

It was left as a voicemail. It's a kind of voice message you can leave if someone doesn't answer your call. But there's nothing in your call history to match it.

If it had happened earlier I wouldn't worry about there being a glitch, but now I wonder. Figuring out what they're even saying should be the first step. Like I said, there's got to be a book somewhere to translate morse code if no one knows it.
