We've never really experienced anything like this, so it's hard to say. But it should be temporary since it's just... a responsive measure. To make sure people are holding other people accountable, and they aren't taking responsibility for things that aren't their fault.

I suppose not. I just thought it might be easier, but if you disagree then think about it a different way. Are you particularly good at anything that might help? I've heard about some of the girls in my class baking things as thank you gifts, for example.
