Everyone does. I do it all the time.

Do you like this ocean compared to the ones you've seen in dreams?

Well... I had more emotional attachment to the dream. But this is new, so I like it. And it's a little clearer. Dreams can be really vague.

Hm... Yeah, I can't think of a time I had a dream that felt super clear either.

Even when you break them down into hard data, a lot of that data is still just "impressions" more than sensation.

Yeah, that makes sense. They're mostly just images in your head, anyway.

Right. It's your brain processing your thoughts and feelings and memories from the day. Committing them to hard storage.

I don't know if my head does "storage space"...

It does. You just don't think of it that way. But the average human brain stores about 2.5 million gigabytes of memory.

... Huh? How can that be measured?

It's easy to measure things like that when you scan and upload a person's brain.

Oh. Because you can make it digital?

Yes. Well, I can't personally do that to someone. But it gets done.

Well like... generally speaking. I've never heard of uploading someone's entire brain into a digital anything before.
