Does it? It sounds like art, to me. People recreate what they loved to continue experiencing it even in a new world.

That does add more perspective. It's more like a medium? [ like oil paint, water colors, gouache, etc. ] I just wouldn't want to replace and forget, is what I mean.

A medium is a good way of thinking about it. Where I'm from, people do replace the physical world with the digital. But I don't think they forget.

Is that because they aren't able to experience the real world? Or certain aspects are gone?

[ Since he's under impression you can just do both? You enjoy art of flowers, but you can also enjoy real flowers, too.

Though most people tend to stop doing so after a while.
