I cannot send someone back if they haven't earned it, but I also don't have to send them back if they have and choose not to leave. They may stay here, or another option may be available. If the ruling is not in their favor, they will have to go elsewhere. I know two months is short. But it's longer than a snap judgment as soon as you die, when you were all told of what the purpose was. And because this has been asked, yes I am keeping the murder in mind and will not fully use that against a person. It is an overall judgment.
