Can it be fought? Killed?

It may very well have to be to fully destroy it.
But if it's trying to pick a fight, it will get a fight.

It is very typical to hear that the Maker is working in mysterious ways, and that we must wait.

But waiting is beginning to feel as if I am waiting for the creature stalking me to find me, and consume me.

It's not fast enough for me either.
I didn't want you to wait when waiting is what's getting people killed.
But without knowing exactly how, or why, or what it wants, I don't want to send people chasing after something we can't find yet.

Waiting while people were dying is what caused me to decide to destroy the Chantry. So I cannot wait forever. I am not asking you to do everything for us. I am not a believer in prayer with no action.

Letters. I don't think they can be reached by phone, not with an unknown number.
But if they're lying in wait to intercept letters, perhaps the answer is addressing them directly.
