I am thinking that if I had any indication on who they were, I would have no choice but to act. Because I think it is likely they will hurt someone else very soon.
It's scary to think there's someone among you who might not be in full control of themselves, and not knowing when it might come up again. But it's not like we haven't thought the same ourselves. If someone was afflicted, there's a chance this won't be the last time. But we also don't know enough about it to say if it will or won't either. That's... the other problem.
