... I'm glad though. A strange experience, but at the same time just because you're dead I don't think that means you stop making memories. The afterlife still has the word "life" in it. Parties are good that way.

I suppose in a sense, no matter what happens in regards to Saturday, I will remain "dead." At least the version of myself that existed before. Everyone I've ever known that wasn't here will consider me dead. The world will consider me dead.

So how do you feel about that? If everyone thinks of you as dead, you have no moral obligation to go back to a place that didn't treat you well. On the other hand, it was still home.
